About the Role
SRG is a QSR franchise development company building out a drive-through site pipeline across Gauteng. We are looking for an experienced, self-driven property professional to identify, evaluate, and secure commercial property opportunities on the ground.
This is a field-first role suited to an estate agent or property professional who is comfortable sourcing new listings, engaging directly with owners and landlords, and managing their own schedule with minimal supervision.
This role carries a direct path to a permanent position. Candidates who meet performance benchmarks during the contract period will be offered a full-time role within the SRG development team.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Site Identification
- Drive target areas across Johannesburg and Tshwane identifying viable drive-through sites
- Assess visibility, traffic flow, access points, plot size, and proximity to anchor tenants
- Photograph and geo-tag all shortlisted properties
Owner & Agent Engagement
- Prospect for and secure new site opportunities through cold calling, direct owner engagement, and agent networks
- Communicate SRG's acquisition interest and gather preliminary deal terms
- Conduct site viewings and provide market-related assessments on asking price and rental values
- Pass qualified leads to the development team with full supporting detail
Research & Due Diligence
- Obtain zoning confirmation from municipal records or on-site enquiry
- Research ownership via the Deeds Office or direct contact
- Establish asking price through agents, signage, or owner engagement
Administration
- Maintain site tracker using provided templates, updated daily
- Submit weekly progress report to the Chief Development Officer every Friday
- Keep all files, photos, and correspondence in the shared drive
Requirements
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence - non-negotiable
- Own working laptop - non-negotiable
- 3+ years real estate experience - candidates without a real estate track record will not be considered
- Real estate, leasing, or commercial property experience strongly preferred
- PPRA NQF Level 4 qualification NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills - phone, email, and in-person
- High attention to detail; templates and reporting standards followed exactly
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage own schedule in the field
- Computer literate: Excel, Word, and email
What We Offer
- R7,500 per month base salary
