Full Job Description

Ergasia is recruiting on behalf of our client, an innovative technology company, for a creative and tech-savvy Junior Marketing Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent marketing graduate or junior marketing professional who is passionate about digital marketing, technology and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital marketing content, managing social media campaigns, analysing advertising performance, and using data to maximise return on investment (ROI).

Our client is looking for someone who is highly adaptable, embraces new technologies, and enjoys learning new software and AI tools in a fast-paced environment.

This is an onsite position based in Woodmead.

Minimum Requirements

Relevant Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
0 to 2 years' marketing experience.
Ability to create engaging digital marketing material.
Understanding of digital advertising platforms and campaign analytics.
Ability to analyse marketing performance and optimise campaigns to achieve a positive ROI.
Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
Exceptionally tech-savvy with a genuine passion for technology and digital innovation.
Strong working knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite will be advantageous.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager will be advantageous.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create digital marketing content for social media, email campaigns, websites and presentations.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Manage and grow social media platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve ROI.
Analyse digital marketing data and prepare monthly performance reports.
Create marketing materials including brochures, graphics, videos and promotional content.
Support the sales team with marketing collateral.
Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools and new technologies.
Assist with website content updates and SEO initiatives.
