Cellular Citi Group is a premier, luxury-focused cellular retail brand dedicated to delivering exceptional service and world-class products. We are seeking a highly organized, customer-centric Premium Retail Administrator to oversee daily store operations and drive sales.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will be the backbone of our premium showroom. You will act as a brand ambassador, assisting high-net-worth clients, while also managing essential back-office administrative tasks, inventory, and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Relations: Assist customers with purchasing decisions, and build lasting relationships with premium clientele.
Store Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure the showroom meets premium brand standards.
Administration: Manage daily cash-ups, process invoices, track stock levels, and generate sales reports.
Team Support: Assist the Store Manager with staff scheduling, training, and operational coordination.

Requirements:

Education: Matric/Grade 12; relevant business or retail management qualification is highly advantageous.
Experience: 3+ years of retail sales and administrative experience, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment or VIP/ corporate flight attendants
Skills: Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) systems, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
Soft Skills: Impeccable communication skills, a professional presentation, and a proactive attitude.

Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
