This Administrative position requires an employee who will build relationships with Body Corporate and Homeowners Association scheme executives in order to meet the requirements of legislation, Governance documentation and rules relating to schemes.
The employee will be involved with all aspects of the accounting for schemes, liaising with their executives, attorneys, auditors, service providers, insurers and other role players.
The applicant must have a minimum of grade 12 education and an excellent command of English as a spoken and written language.
Previous bookkeeping / accounting experience is essential.
