We support overseas clients through a range of business process outsourcing (BPO) services including lead generation, customer service, administration, data management and outbound telephone campaigns. What You'll Be Doing

Depending on the campaign and client, responsibilities may include:

Speaking with businesses and consumers in the UK and other international markets
Lead generation and appointment setting
Customer service and client support
Data capture and CRM management
Processing administration and support tasks
Building and maintaining positive client relationships
Achieving daily and weekly performance targets

What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken and written English
Confident telephone manner
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Good computer skills
Ability to learn quickly and follow processes
Previous sales, customer service, call centre or administration experience is advantageous
Matric preferred
