The BrightSpeak Method is seeking mobile English tutors to travel to students for one-on-one, in-person lessons. You will tailor lessons to individual student needs. You will help them build confidence and achieve academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to students’ homes or designated local spaces for scheduled lessons.
- Deliver engaging English lessons focused on grammar, vocabulary, reading, and speech.
- Assess student needs and create customized learning plans.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents or adult learners.
- Maintain punctuality and professional communication for all scheduled appointments.
Requirements
- Reliable personal transport (essential for travelling between student locations).
- Valid driver's licence.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or academic mentoring.
- Relevant qualification (e.g., English degree, Education diploma, or TEFL/TESOL certificate) is highly advantageous.
- Patient, encouraging personality with strong organisational skills.
