We are looking for an experienced Installations Manager to take charge of project execution, installation teams, and client delivery. This role is pivotal in ensuring our projects are completed to the highest standard—on time, on budget, and with complete client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the installation division – from final measurements to client sign-off.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, scheduling, and site management.
- Provide technical support to sales, design, and manufacturing teams.
- Coordinate materials, tools, vehicles, and subcontractors to ensure efficient resource use.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements on all sites.
- Supervise, train, and motivate installation teams while maintaining high morale and discipline.
- Sign off final designs before production, ensuring accuracy in measurements and specifications.
- Oversee collections, invoicing, and profitability (with admin support).
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
- Uphold Aluvent’s vision, quality standards, and reputation for excellence.

- Commercial & Industrial: Offices, apartments, retail, industrial builds
- High-End Residential: Luxury homes, custom builds, renovations
- Products: Windows, doors, facades, frameless systems, custom aluminium solutions, shutters, pergolas, screens, and structural/bespoke steelwork
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in Glass, Aluminium & Steel installations (essential)
- Strong technical skills: ability to read building plans, measure accurately, and interpret contracts
- Proven leadership in managing teams, subcontractors, and site resources
- Experience working with main contractors, architects, and high-end clients
- Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and profitability across multiple projects
- Detail-oriented, with uncompromising focus on quality
- Valid driver’s licence & willingness to work occasional Saturdays / after-hours when required

Pay: R30 000,00 - R45 000,00 per month
