Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Safety management: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and implement corrective measures.
Quality control: Monitor workmanship and materials to meet industry standards and client expectations.
Budget oversight: Track expenses, manage resources efficiently, and report on financial progress.
Stakeholder communication: Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Problem-solving: Identify and resolve issues that may impact timelines, safety, or quality.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
