Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Atleast 3 year's experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- Valid HIRA Legal Liability Certificate
Key Responsibilities
- Project supervision: Manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Team coordination: Lead and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Safety management: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and implement corrective measures.
- Quality control: Monitor workmanship and materials to meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Budget oversight: Track expenses, manage resources efficiently, and report on financial progress.
- Stakeholder communication: Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Problem-solving: Identify and resolve issues that may impact timelines, safety, or quality.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
