Full Job Description

The role of an Independent Sales Agent at FB Marketing (Pty) Ltd (Future Billionaires Marketing)in East London focuses on face-to-face customer acquisition.

Here is a breakdown of the specific expectations, earning structures, and requirements for this position:

Core Objective: You operate essentially as a "business-within-a-business." The main goal is to proactively engage potential customers across the East London region, introduce products or services face-to-face, and guide prospects from initial contact to direct sales.

Day-to-Day Operations:

Customer Engagement: Direct outreach in high-traffic areas, neighborhood territory mapping, or event-based marketing.

Self-Management: Setting your own weekly schedule and building strategies to hit and exceed your rolling sales targets.

Because this is an independent contract role, your earnings are directly tied to your output. There is no basic salary, only commission.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent NQF level qualification.

Mobility: Willingness and physical capability to move around the East London area to interface with prospective clients.
