Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Website Developer to design, develop, and maintain company websites. The successful candidate will build user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive websites while working closely with the design team. Graphic design experience and knowledge of Adobe Suite are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain websites using best coding practices
Build responsive website layouts using HTML and CSS
Integrate back-end services and databases
Maintain, scale, and update existing websites
Work closely with designers to ensure alignment between visual and functional elements
Ensure website security, speed, and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues

Requirements

Proven experience in web development
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Experience with WordPress and MySQL
Experience working with Laravel
Understanding of SEO basics and website security
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Graphic design skills are essential

Technical Skills

Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Back-End: PHP, Laravel, Node.js or Java
Frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js (advantageous)
CMS: WordPress
Databases: MySQL
Responsive Design

Tools & Software

VS Code (or similar code editor)
PHPMyAdmin
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
