Full Job Description

About the Role

Millenium Management Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented, organised and professional individual to join our team as a Remote Data Capturer / Client Liaison / Receptionist.

This role combines accurate data capturing with client communication and general administrative support. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Capture accounting and bookkeeping information accurately and timeously.
Prepare client files for processing.
Answer incoming telephone calls professionally.
Respond to client emails and general enquiries.
Follow up on outstanding client documentation.
Maintain accurate electronic filing and document management.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric).
Previous administrative and data capturing experience.
Excellent computer literacy.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Stable internet connection.
Quiet, professional home office environment.
Own laptop or desktop computer capable of running remote desktop software.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

SARS eFiling
CIPC
Microsoft Teams
AnyDesk

Performance Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to:

Maintain a high level of capturing accuracy.
Respond to internal communications promptly.
Keep Microsoft Outlook open and monitor emails throughout the working day.
Complete daily timesheets accurately.
Meet assigned deadlines.
Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues at all times.
Follow all Company SOPs, policies and procedures.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
08:00 – 17:00 (South African Standard Time)

Schedule and coordinate client appointments where required.
Update internal systems and client records.
Liaise with clients regarding outstanding information required for statutory submissions.
Monitor company emails and respond within required turnaround times.

Accurately complete daily timesheets and task allocations.

Pay: From R7 500,00 per month
