- Lead and manage all catering operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, healthcare protocols, and legislative requirements.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
- Develop, coach, and mentor catering teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction across operations.
- Manage workforce planning, staffing, training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Conduct regular site audits and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

- Minimum 5 years' management experience within contract catering.

- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, food costs, and site profitability.
- Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, quality assurance, and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage large teams across multiple departments. Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
