Role Summary
This role is suited to a hands-on delivery professional who is open to contacting and can take ownership of projects from concept through to implementation and launch. Successful candidates will be comfortable navigating complex environments, managing stakeholders and driving delivery, with previous experience in financial services being highly advantageous.
Core project experience should include one or more of the following areas:

Systems implementations and migrations (e.g. Oracle, SAP)

Data initiatives (governance, migration, remediation)

Compliance and regulatory programmes

Card and payments platforms
-
EPMO / PMO environments
-
Strategic and enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects and initiatives from initiation through execution and close-out.

Engage with business stakeholders, delivery teams and project sponsors throughout the project lifecycle.

Assist with defining project objectives, delivery approaches and success measures.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines and dependency trackers.

Coordinate activities across business and technology teams to support successful project delivery.

Monitor and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where required.

Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Facilitate project meetings, workshops and governance forums.

Support budget tracking, resource planning and delivery reporting.

Ensure project documentation, handover activities and lessons learned are completed at project closure.
Education:

Matric (essential)
-
PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or PMP certification (required)

Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Computer Science, Business Science, or Engineering (advantageous)

Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master, SAFe, SAFe RTE) highly advantageous
