SCAN RF Projects, a division of iOCO, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales function within the Industrial Operational Technology (OT) sector. This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and expand our footprint across the Mining, Oil & Gas, and Sea Port industries.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in Wireless and RF technologies, customer engagement, and business development, coupled with a passion for coaching and developing sales talent. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at building lasting client relationships, and has a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets while driving operational excellence.
What you'll do:

Create sales plans and set targets for the Sales team.

Oversee and leading a team of Sales Executives to grow and achieve their individual sales targets.

Develop strategies to achieve revenue and sales objectives.

Identifying training needs and providing ongoing support to the sales team.

Allocate resources efficiently to maximize sales opportunities.

Provide mentorship to the Sales Executives and Sales Administrator, helping them improve their skills and achieve their goals.

Managing product/service pricing and margins.

Manage the company CRM system and sales reporting from CRM.

Assist Sales team members with tender response and compliance.

Validating, responding to and managing incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner.

Working with and expanding current potential client database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.

Providing regular feedback to senior management regarding sales activities.

Developing effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identifying and obtaining further sales and business development opportunities.

Applying standard operating procedures in preparing bids, responding to customer needs, and managing the sales process form opportunity identification to customer sign off.

Performing additional work outputs related to the role.
Your Expertise:

5 – 10 years’ experience in Wireless and RF experience in the Industrial OT environment / Knowledge and background experience in Mining, Oil & Gas and Sea Port environment

5 – 10 years Customer engagement planning / RF regulations
-
5 – 10 years Relevant industry experience / Salesforce / CRM systems / SharePoint
