LSR Services Group is a London-based property maintenance and facilities management company.
We are looking for an experienced Client Operations Manager to manage client accounts and coordinate maintenance works from initial enquiry through to completion.
This role combines client account management with maintenance coordination. You will be responsible for handling incoming client requests, understanding the required works, scheduling contractors, monitoring jobs and keeping clients updated throughout the process.
You must have previous experience working within property maintenance, facilities management or construction. Applications without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage incoming maintenance requests from UK-based clients
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Understand maintenance issues and confirm the required scope of works
- Obtain additional information, photographs, access details and contractor requirements
- Help prepare clear estimates, scopes of work and client proposals
- Schedule engineers, tradespeople and subcontractors
- Speak with contractors to confirm availability, pricing, materials and job requirements
- Issue clear job instructions to contractors
- Coordinate reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and general repair works
- Manage refurbishments, bathroom works, kitchen works and multi-trade jobs
- Monitor jobs from booking through to completion
- Chase contractors for updates, photographs, job reports, certificates and invoices
- Keep clients updated professionally by telephone, email and WhatsApp
- Follow up on outstanding estimates and client approvals
- Identify delays, access issues, additional works and potential problems
- Review completed job information before reporting back to the client
- Ensure jobs are completed correctly and within agreed deadlines
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM, job management system, email and shared folders
- Build strong client relationships and support client retention
- Help convert enquiries and estimates into approved works
- Take ownership of client accounts and resolve issues quickly
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities management or construction is mandatory
- Experience coordinating engineers, tradespeople or subcontractors
- Strong understanding of how maintenance jobs are scoped, priced, scheduled and delivered
- Experience managing B2B client relationships
- Confidence communicating with UK-based clients
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and live jobs simultaneously
- Commercial awareness and confidence following up estimates
- Comfortable challenging contractors and holding them accountable
- Experience using CRM systems, job management software, spreadsheets and email
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of problems
- Must be able to work from our Umhlanga office

We are looking for someone who is sharp, organised, proactive and capable of managing the full maintenance process from the first client request through to completion.
