Hyundai Automotive South Africa is looking for a
Sales and Accessories Manager who will ensure efficient and profitable parts sales and accessories operations by supporting PDC management and dealership networks. The role focuses on implementing operational standards, driving dealer performance, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving sustainable business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Dealer Performance & Sales Growth

Drive growth of parts and accessories business across HASA dealers and independent networks

Set dealer purchase targets, KPIs, and incentive criteria

Monitor dealer performance using tracking systems (daily, weekly, monthly)

Identify underperforming dealers and implement corrective actions
Operations & Process Optimisation
-
Develop and maintain dealer operating procedures (SOPs)
-
Ensure OEM operational tools and processes are correctly implemented
-
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
-
Support parts pricing programmes and system updates
Product Management & Marketing
-
Identify parts marketing opportunities and support campaign development
-
Develop accessories for new and existing vehicle models
-
Manage accessories approval processes and supplier coordination
-
Optimise eCommerce platforms and product availability
-
Coordinate promotional activities, photo shoots, and product launches
Supply Chain & Supplier Management
-
Manage relationships with accessory suppliers (pricing, stock, SLAs)
-
Support procurement negotiations to maximise profitability
-
Oversee ex-vendor supply chain processes
-
Ensure product availability and supply continuity
Reporting & Analytics

Provide regular reporting on sales growth, dealer performance, and product updates

Compile EXCO, HOD, and dealer reports
-
Analyse market and operational data to inform decision-making
-
Maintain dealer databases and reporting tools
Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with dealer principals, regional managers, and stakeholders
-
Resolve complex customer issues in collaboration with dealers
-
Communicate business updates, campaigns, and operational changes
People Management

Lead, coach, and develop the sales and accessories team

Set KPIs and evaluate team performance

Drive employee engagement and team morale

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
Financial Management

Contribute to departmental budgeting

Education and Experience:

Post Graduate Tertiary qualification
-
At least 5 Years Dealer and OEM/Importer Work Experience, at least 3yrs in dealer support function

Project management experience
-
Microsoft office skills – advanced
-
3 years staff management experience
-
Drivers licence
