Full Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Printing Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and assisting with offset printing presses, including Komori Corporation Lithrone series presses (including 4-colour CMYK machines such as Lithrone 426).

The role requires hands-on machine work, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent print quality in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and assist with Komori Lithrone offset printing presses
Support machine setup, job changes, and wash-ups
Monitor print quality, registration, and colour consistency during production
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments
Maintain cleanliness and routine care of machines
Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years experience in offset printing environment
Basic experience operating or assisting on litho printing presses
Understanding of CMYK printing process and colour control
Ability to follow job cards and production instructions accurately
Willingness to work shifts if required
Reliable, punctual, and able to work under supervision
