Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Printing Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and assisting with offset printing presses, including Komori Corporation Lithrone series presses (including 4-colour CMYK machines such as Lithrone 426).
The role requires hands-on machine work, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent print quality in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and assist with Komori Lithrone offset printing presses
- Support machine setup, job changes, and wash-ups
- Monitor print quality, registration, and colour consistency during production
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments
- Maintain cleanliness and routine care of machines
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in offset printing environment
- Basic experience operating or assisting on litho printing presses
- Understanding of CMYK printing process and colour control
- Ability to follow job cards and production instructions accurately
- Willingness to work shifts if required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under supervision
