Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Commercial Officer to join our Commercial & Fraud team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a career in commercial operations, fraud management, payments, fintech, risk, and business process automation.

The successful candidate will rotate across commercial and fraud workstreams, gaining hands-on exposure to billing, commissions, settlements, pricing support, fraud monitoring, chargebacks, disputes, AML screening, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Support commercial reporting, data analysis, pricing research, and banking fee benchmarking.

· Assist with billing, commission calculations, settlement processing, and commercial administration.

· Monitor fraud queues and transactional activity, escalating suspicious activity promptly.

· Support chargeback and dispute case management, including evidence preparation and documentation.

· Assist with AML screening and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes.

· Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and automation monitoring activities.

· Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and support cross-functional teams.

· Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management Sciences, Accounting, Economics, Statistics.

· 0–2 years of experience in finance, commercial operations

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Advantageous Experience

· Exposure to ERP systems.

· Knowledge of fraud operations, disputes, or chargeback processes.

· Experience within fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.

· Interest in automation, business analysis, or process improvement.
