Full Job Description

At Wheco Holdings, efficient systems and well-designed processes are essential to keeping our business running smoothly. Our Business Systems and Processes team plays a key role in analysing operations, optimising workflows, and supporting digital platforms that enable teams across the business to perform at their best. We are looking for a practical and analytical BSP Analyst who enjoys problem-solving, working across departments, and translating business needs into effective system and process improvements in a fast-paced operational environment.

Support business performance through process analysis, documentation, and system optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
Support enhancements to ERP and other digital business platforms
Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and user documentation
Work with cross-functional teams to support successful implementation and adoption of changes

Skills and Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Clear communication and documentation skills
Comfortable working across multiple business departments

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
At least 2 years’ experience working with ERP or operational business systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Valid driver’s licence
