Our Business Systems and Processes team plays a key role in analysing operations, optimising workflows, and supporting digital platforms that enable teams across the business to perform at their best. We are looking for a practical and analytical BSP Analyst who enjoys problem-solving, working across departments, and translating business needs into effective system and process improvements in a fast-paced operational environment.
Support business performance through process analysis, documentation, and system optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
- Support enhancements to ERP and other digital business platforms
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and user documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams to support successful implementation and adoption of changes
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working across multiple business departments
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- At least 2 years’ experience working with ERP or operational business systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s licence
