Our Business Intelligence team plays a critical role in analysing data, developing reporting solutions, and ensuring the integrity of information across multiple systems. We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Data & Reporting Analyst who enjoys transforming complex data into meaningful insights, building reporting solutions, and supporting the business through accurate, consistent, and governed data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support Finance, Operations, and Retail business decisions

Design, build, and optimise SQL reporting views and reusable data models
Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
Analyse data across multiple systems to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
Validate and reconcile data across business systems to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain SQL, Excel, and BI reports to meet business reporting requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful business insights
Contribute to reporting governance, documentation, and data quality standards

Skills and Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Strong SQL and data modelling skills
Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working across multiple business systems and departments
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12

Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 3–4 years' experience in a Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Reporting role

• Intermediate to advanced SQL experience, including writing and maintaining SQL views• •Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working with ERP, WMS, POS, or similar business systems will be advantageous
Valid driver's licence
