A typical day at work would always be a very busy and demanding day were everyone needs your services and the things one learns is that one is never to old to learn something new.
The management and staff were always friendly and helpful and all co-workers helped each other which made life so much more relaxing.The hardest part of my job was to keep everyone happy and attend all issues in and around the factory and the most enjoyable part of my job was to see the end results of the work being done and to see what one has accomplished.

I have one year experience with Universal Paper and Plastics working as a Senior Tissue Machine Operator.  During this experience I was responsible for inspecting the plant to ensure efficient operation of the tissue machine.  I was also responsible for troubleshooting duties, regulating flows of pulp stock into machine head boxes and analyzing samples.
I have the learning agility and I take what I have learned in the past and put into new experiences.  I'm flexible, reliable and always willing to learn.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Carrier impotence & able to be promoted.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They want you to work as a general work yet they hired your as a professional.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very stressful coz you are extremely expected to do almost everything. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
If you in the yard,it's stressful but when you go & deliver it's much better.

The most enjoyable day is during company funtion like company birthday party. The hardest part is working during holidays especially Christmas day. Well i have learn how to deal with pressure like personal pressure how to deal with it. Managers long standing at the company was  2 years .The recent one i don't recall engaging with him but previous ones we were talking  and sharing ideas.

Production side is very stressful 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good but stressfully most of the time but it’s easier to adjust

Constantly expanding and evolving company. Very friendly and technically astute staff compliment.

Each day is different from the last in many ways, management keeps you on your toes everyday. They are a passionate bunch who are fixated on excellence, integrity, empowerment & commitment.

It is a fast paced environment however the environment is healthy, the team members are supportive and are willing to train you in every aspect of the production line for future career advancements. 

The place is always clean they follow the safety massures,  nd their targets are reachable. Your safety it's their priority.  What i like there is that they treat all workers the same not looking the colour of the skin

Working at the place is very nice and relaxing cause the is less stress and more work everything is straight forward 

Very busy workplace. I have discovered a new career path and the management is supportive. The hardest part of the job is working under pressure but above all I have learned to manage time to finish my tasks.
