Location: Franschhoek

A 5* Hospitality & Wellness Farm in Franschhoek seeks an experienced Hotel Reservationist that will also assist with various Office adminsitrative duties.

Relevant Skills / Experience

At least 3 years 5* hotel or similar experience in a Reservations
Working knowledge of hospitality reservation systems as well as excellent computer literacy
Excellent spoken and written English
Excellent telephone etiquette and clear, consistent communication skills
Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license compulsory
Highly presentable, confident and passionate about delivering service excellence
The Main focus of the role is Reservations – this person would do all of the “hotel” reservations including being the main point of contact with travel agents and DMC’s
System: Room Raccoon, Travel Click, Peach Payments
Monday – Friday (but with flexibility if required)

We are looking for an extremely organized people’s person, with a high work ethic to join the team as an all-round Administrator and Reservationist.

You will be the first point of contact for our high-end guests and tour operators including managing of all bookings from point of enquiry up to their arrival.

All office/administrative functions will be managed by you, including but not limited to – reception, ordering supplies, receiving of stock, attending to walk-in guests, liaising with suppliers, general office

Tidiness, dealing with any personnel matters.

You are self-driven, take ownership and are open to learning new skills and new technology if the job calls for it. You will always hold a professional and calm demeanor

You are a conscious being, with a heart for sustainability and regenerative practices. Experience and a knowledge and love of all things wellness is a big plus!
