Prepare & presnt high quality dishes within the speciality section. Assist the team in creating menu items, recipes& developing dishes.

Culinary qualification or equivalent in experience. Day shifts only unless an event or function. Employer Type Employer Type -> Wine Estates.

You must have the ability to manage a busy debtors book & be calm under pressure. Month end statements (Pastel Accounting and Excel).
