Available immediately? Fantastic opportunity available for a physically disabled Payroll Administrator to join a large Head Office Group in Centurion. Control tasks within the Payroll Department, process payroll and all tasks related to payroll processing on SAP.

Successful incumbent will have Matric/Grade 12, as well as a Certificate in Payroll Administration, and 2 years related payroll experience. KPI's include: ensure accurate processing of payroll data; record and track paid leave for terminated employees; identify and resolve unusual or incorrect payroll movements; manage bank change requests; assist HR and Management with specialized payroll calculations and explanations; verify processed payroll information for accuracy; handle garnishee and maintenance orders; export, confirm and submit standardized payment schedules and reports; issue payslips, IRP5's, and necessary attachments as required; attend to and resolve payroll-related queries; conduct basic tax and net payment calculations; administer office supplies and equipment; maintain and update employee files and ensure that all mandatory documents are filed; process accounts payments; responsible for processing weekly wages and prepare final schedules. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of SAP essential. Exposure to SARS systems highly advantageous.
