Full Job Description

Are you a high-performance sales professional with a passion for property and finance? We are seeking a results-driven Home Loan Specialist to join a dynamic team focused on delivering tailored home finance solutions and exceptional client service.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on prospecting, building strategic referral networks, and converting opportunities into successful bond approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Actively source and engage potential home loan clients through estate agents, bond originators, and direct-to-client marketing channels
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with property professionals
Drive consistent pipeline growth through proactive prospecting and networking

Client Needs Analysis

Conduct comprehensive financial assessments
Apply consultative, needs-based selling techniques
Identify suitable home finance solutions aligned to client affordability and long-term goals

Solution Matching & Product Guidance

Facilitate the transfer of existing home loans from other financial institutions
Structure and present tailored home loan packages
Guide clients through the full home loan application process

Client Relationship Management

Deliver professional, responsive, and service-driven engagement
Maintain ongoing communication to ensure a seamless client experience
Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business

Sales Administration

Manage applications, supporting documentation, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
Ensure compliance with internal processes and lending criteria

Experience

Sales experience (financial services, property, insurance, or banking preferred)
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing leads, pipelines, and conversion ratios
Strong marketing acumen and administrative capability

Qualifications

Matric (essential)
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence (compulsory)
