GLOBAL CAMPAIGN MARKETING MANAGER
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing and communications professional to join our Demand and Campaigns team to lead the campaign planning, management, and reporting process. Reporting directly to the Head of Demand and Campaigns, you will be responsible for supporting in the evolution of our integrated strategic campaign planning approach; designing and overseeing execution and ongoing optimisation. You will have the ability to drive the evolution of the campaign process and work with senior stakeholders across the marketing and comms team on a daily basis. Job Specification:

Support an audience-centric approach to campaigns – working with the Marketing & Comms management team to define and implement campaign messaging priorities that are utilised by the broader marketing and comms team.

Drive the Campaign planning process, bringing together key stakeholders to define campaign themes, messaging priorities, content priorities, delivery channels, program lengths and reporting cadence for optimisation.

Work with the Marketing Ops team to deliver regular campaign reporting that measures the impact of campaigns and programs, ensuring ongoing and continual optimisation of tactics holding monthly measurement meetings

Working closely with the Portfolio, Content, Demand, Digital and Comms teams you will be the driver and gatekeeper of a connected approach - measuring clear goals, ensuring timelines are met, and KPI’s defined prior to execution – continually feedback back to and keeping the broader team aligned

Responsible for ensuring campaign activity is always aligned with strategic goals and problem solving to support enhanced processes that drive success

Working closely with the Head of Marketing Transformation to innovate for future improvements of the campaign management process, considering new technologies to help optimise and automate manual processes

Be the owner of Campaign performance – hold other team members accountable for their deliverables, with the support of the Head of Demand and Campaigns, to maximise campaign effectiveness

Ensure all analytics processes and dashboards are in place to effectively report on campaign performance and ROI

Evaluate trends in marketing performance and continually conduct market research to improve activities

Project manage campaign operations - holding regular campaign assessment and reporting meetings with key stakeholders and supporting the delivery of a monthly report on performance to the Head of Demand & Campaigns and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer.
- Document and monitor typical campaign journeys that result in leads converting through the funnel and advise the broader team on most successful tactics by program and campaign – act as the insights hub for campaign performance

Make recommendations based on insights for improved campaign performance such as AB testing, redirection of budget, tweak in messaging etc.

Generate insights on engagement behaviours to generate audience insights and identify high performing channels or assets in the campaign journey

Working with Marketing Ops, set up a reporting mechanism to be able to report on the full client campaign journey
- Support a data-driven approach across all campaign activity and evolve ABM capabilities of Demand and client marketing team to drive lead generation and MROI

Be the owner of ensuring the broader team adopt new working methods to support an effective campaign approach with measurable outcomes

Continually look for ways to improve and optimise the campaign process, be the ideas person and gatekeeper for campaign best practices

Manage the CX Campaign Manager (your direct report) to ensure they deliver strong CX programs aligned with business objectives

Support the CX Campaign Manager with developing ABM cross-sell campaigns for existing clients
- Work closely with the Demand Marketing Manager to drive revenue focused campaigns

Work closely with the portfolio marketers to ensure key products are built into demand campaigns
- Ensure the demand marketing team leverage brand survey results to plan their campaign activity and KPIs
Skills Required:

Min 5+ years’ experience in marketing coordination, and campaign focused roles
-
Strong project management skills and a natural aptitude for building relationships with a varying range of stakeholders

The ability to work as a connector in a cross-border and multi-time zone marketing and comms team

Confident and able to bring senior stakeholders together to drive progress

A keen interest in marketing optimisation and the ability to problem solve

Solid organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and drive others to meet deadlines

Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format – turning data into insights and easy to digest reports

Proficient in Excel and experience in using SaaS project or content management systems

A strong understanding of the marketing mix of tactics and departments to ensure an integrated approach to campaign execution
- A process driven mindset and agile working methodology

A critical thinker and self-starter, able to work collaboratively and both formulate and translate new ideas to improve process
