About the role Fractal is a group of luxury houses. You'll be working under one of our diamond jewellery brands, selling bespoke, made-to-order pieces to discerning private clients worldwide — entirely through email and WhatsApp. This is a sales role, delivered with the polish of a world-class jewellery house. You will own a pipeline of warm, international, high-net-worth enquiries and convert them into completed high-value orders. The close is the job. The refinement is how you achieve it — never through pressure, always through mastery, emotional intelligence, and a level of service that mirrors the value of what your clients are buying. If you are looking for a steady support, admin, or customer-service position, this is not it. We measure success in one thing: revenue you personally close. What you'll do - Convert warm enquiries into completed orders. You are the first and primary point of contact, and the person responsible for turning interest into a signed, high-value commission. - Own your full pipeline from first message to delivered ring — and consistently exceed monthly revenue targets. - Build genuine trust with high-net-worth clients and guide them, with authority and warmth, through choosing a bespoke diamond piece. - Present tailored options, pricing, and recommendations that move each client confidently toward a decision. - Coordinate with our production team on design specifications and timelines. - Keep client records accurate and current in our CRM. What you'll earn - A base salary of R15,000 per month**, plus genuinely uncapped commission on every sale. - This role rewards performance — your earnings rise directly with what you close, with no ceiling. What we're looking for - Proven ability to close high-value sales through digital communication — email, WhatsApp, or live chat. This is the non-negotiable. - Proven high-ticket sales experience — this is what matters most. You've sold expensive, considered purchases and closed them: luxury or performance cars, yachts, fine jewellery or watches, private banking and wealth management, high-end real estate, or comparable premium goods. The category matters far less than your track record of consistently closing high-value deals. (Pure customer-service or hospitality backgrounds are not a fit for this role.) - Exceptional written English — not merely fluent, but polished, warm, and persuasive. You can make a high-value purchase feel effortless in a single message. - An intuitive read of what luxury clients expect, and the instinct to exceed it. - Self-motivated, organised, and able to thrive working independently from home, with significant overlap with UK and European hours. - Experience in the Gulf, European, or UK luxury market is a strong advantage. Multilingual candidates are welcome. - Diamond and fine-jewellery knowledge is a plus, but full product training is provided — we hire for selling ability and teach the diamonds.
