- Above average computer literacy in MS Word and Excel
- Above average numeric skills
- Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English – both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills and solution oriented
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
- Attend to incoming queries either telephonic or via email from both Brokers and clients
- Assist with support queries
- Capture quotes
- Quote analysis
