Above average computer literacy in MS Word and Excel
Above average numeric skills

Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English – both verbal and written

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to

Attend to incoming queries either telephonic or via email from both Brokers and clients
Assist with support queries
Capture quotes
Quote analysis

Turnaround time
