This Collections Advisor role at Concentrix is a great match if you:
Minimum Grade 12 / Matric
6+ months Collections + 6+ months Financial Services experience OR 12+ months Financial Services (Banking/Insurance)
Outbound dialer/Omni-channel experience (desirable)
Clear criminal & credit record
- PC literate, good keyboard skills
**Ability to provide references within the last 3 years of employment
**Proof of previous employment (Service letter OR 1st and last payslip OR termination letter if applicable (Past 3 years)
**If unemployed or gap in employment - an affidavit would need to be produced and supporting documents.

What you will do in this role:

Skills Required:
You will demonstrate a strong understanding of the following areas:
Competent in a broad range of processes
Basic complaint handling, such as first points of contact and appropriate logging of complaints
Competent risk event handling and logging where appropriate - An understanding of the Quality Checking process
