As we continue to expand, we are looking for a connected and motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our client base and strategic partnerships locally and internationally.
Role Overview
This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity suited to someone with strong industry connections and experience within media, production, broadcasting, streaming, advertising, or localization.
The ideal candidate understands relationship-driven business development and is confident identifying opportunities, opening doors, and building long-term client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone with an existing network in:
- Film & television
- Broadcasting
- Streaming platforms
- Advertising agencies
- Production companies
- Animation studios
- Localization & dubbing
- Audio post-production
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build relationships with production companies, agencies, broadcasters, and media partners
- Introduce new clients and strategic partnerships to Blink Mode Media
- Develop opportunities within dubbing, voice-over, localization, and audio post-production services
- Coordinate qualified business meetings with potential clients and partners
- Maintain and grow industry relationships
- Support long-term account and partnership development
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, partnerships, media sales, production, or a related field
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Existing industry relationships within media, entertainment, advertising, or production
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Understanding of dubbing, localization, production, or post-production workflows is advantageous
Compensation
- 10% commission on successfully closed business generated through your introductions and business development efforts
- Additional incentives for qualified meetings arranged with approved prospects
