3 or more years external sales experience (B2B).
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a high-performing team of “hunters”.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Generate and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their specific transportation needs.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
Provide insights and feedback to management for pricing and service improvements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and issues promptly.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of contracted services.
Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Ensure all sales contracts and agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
