Job Title:
Registration Admissions Officers

Varsity College is an educational brand of The Independent Institute of Education (The IIE). The IIE enjoys the reputation of being at the forefront of private higher education in South Africa, and is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) to provide higher education qualifications accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE).

We are looking for suitably qualified candidates to join our talent pool of candidates to work during our registration period. These will be contract roles based in the following area:

Admissions Officers (Returning Students)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborates with the campus student retention team to generate student registrations.
Follows up with the campus retention team for missing student information to finalise all student admissions-related queries.
Evaluates retention of student admissions against the set admission criteria and communicates the appropriate outcomes.
Liaises with the campus student retention team during the admission evaluation process

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Minimum of a Degree

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

2-3 year work experience
Experience in Administration, Sales, Finance and Customer Relations will be preferable

Please note that this will be a fixed-term contract from December 2024 to May 2025.
