Position Summary
Dynamic company is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and lead our technical operations. This dynamic role involves managing a team of 20 employees, ensuring the seamless execution of all technical activities, and upholding the highest standards in safety, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20 technical staff members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Operational Oversight:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all technical operations and projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor the quality of technical services and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure safety and operational excellence.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Drive innovation and recommend technological improvements to enhance productivity.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and solutions to address customer needs.
- Health, Safety, and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Stay updated with industry standards and ensure the team's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field. / Trade Tested
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technical management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering technical projects on time and within budget.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in technical tools and software relevant to the industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
