Initial Bachelors Degree (NQF Level 7) Qualification needs to be in Hospitality. A Minimum of 5 years relevant, practical industry experience.
Candidates must have 10+ years kitchen management experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. R 15 – 25 K nett.
The WIL facilitator will be responsible for placement of students for WIL terms, visiting students at properties and track their progress.
City and Guilds Diploma in Food Prep and Cooking / Patisserie beneficial. Certified to conduct outcome-based assessment.
