The Farmshop offers an array of farm to table products grown & nurtured on the farm. Other products would include wine & a small nursery of plants / herbs.

Reporting to the Executive Chef the candidate will manage the staff aspect & food production of the butchery. Manage all Butchery inventory & equipment.
