This role will report directly to the Head/Executive Chef. This role will act as 2nd in charge of the Kitchen Brigade of 22 chefs.
The WIL facilitator will be responsible for placement of students for WIL terms, visiting students at properties and track their progress.
Initial Bachelors Degree (NQF Level 7) Qualification needs to be in Hospitality. A Minimum of 5 years relevant, practical industry experience.
