Minimum NQF 5 qualification in the hospitality industry. City and Guilds Diploma in Food Prep and Cooking / Patisserie beneficial.
The WIL facilitator will be responsible for placement of students for WIL terms, visiting students at properties and track their progress.
Initial Bachelors Degree (NQF Level 7) Qualification needs to be in Hospitality. A Minimum of 5 years relevant, practical industry experience.
City and Guilds Diploma in Food Prep and Cooking / Patisserie beneficial. Certified to conduct outcome-based assessment.
