We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Junior HR Administrator to support our growing HR department in the hospitality industry.

Job Overview:
The Group Junior HR Administrator will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, and HR-related administrative tasks within the hospitality sector. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about human resources, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to a supportive workplace culture in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
Assist with payroll administration by verifying timesheets, handling employee inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Help manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave requests, and other HR-related programs.
Prepare and distribute HR-related documentation, such as contracts, employee handbooks, and policy updates.
Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
Assist with HR compliance, including maintaining records of legal requirements and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and report generation.

Qualifications:

A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage but not required.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field, particularly within the hospitality industry.
