Degree or equivalent from a reputable & recognized Hotel School. Proficient in Opera PMS, MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel.

Prior experience as a butler in either the hospitality or catering/event planning industry or as a domestic butler. R (Neg) Based on experience.

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a senior kitchen role. Culinary school diploma / degree in Food service management or related field.

Ability to co-ordinate the kitchen team to produce menus and food items with attention to detail, and high standards of presentation.

You must have held a similar position within a 4/5 star boutique property previously. Fluent in English with great communication skills is a must.
