The successful candidate will have experience in doing technical designs coupled with experience in procurement, logistics or generating of quotations.

Scheduling service appointments as needed (vehicles and yellow plant machinery). Capturing of machine hours daily. Ordering of parts when needed.

Bi|business intelligence|data mining|statistics. Weekly and monthly reporting to Franchisor, Finance and Operations Departments.

Remote monitoring / analysis and reporting of sites with Autoflame software, and monthly site reporting. Assist with fault finding on the abovementioned sites.

Communicating and scheduling appointments with customers using specific customer management software. Experience in Microsoft Office, 365, Outlook, Teams, Excel…

Previous experience in hardware / software / application design development and implementation. Strong communication skills and attention to detail orientated.

Develop and document business processes and accounting policies. Quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
