Knowledge of chemical plants and processes. Ability to carry out capability studies and implement optimization projects. Understand where the waste areas lie.

Masters in Economics/Finance or related fields will be advantageous. Valid Driver’s Licence; Extensive Travel. Develop municipal finance monitoring tools.
