The position as Administrative Assistant is specific to Support Services in Risk Insurance and Investment Products, as well as Discovery’s Vitality program.
Manage and control product formulas and recipes on data base & ERP (SAP). Compile and maintain detailed process instructions per product for production.
Daily shift handover at start and end of shift. Ensure All correctly specified raw material on production floor. Follow correct reject procedure as specified.
Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets. Build and manage a hybrid desk - managing temp and contractors as well as placing permanent candidates.
Book (local GAAP) to tax base reconciliation. Deferred Taxation balance verification, and supporting schedules. 0 to 3 years’ post qualification experience.
Discuss with markets/clients their product needs i.e. To maintain and/or grow our client base year on year. Discuss packing requirements and specs with clients.
Manage external vendor support resources, including timelines, deliverables and budget. Ensure that the training calendar/schedule is effectively managed…
