Full Job Description

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and innovative Content Creator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content that connects with our audience across multiple digital platforms. You should have a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement, with the ability to transform ideas into compelling content.

As a Content Creator, you will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce content that strengthens brand awareness, increases engagement, and supports business goals. If you're someone who enjoys generating fresh ideas, staying ahead of trends, and creating content that people love to watch and share, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms
Develop creative concepts, content calendars, and campaign ideas
Research trending topics, hashtags, and viral content opportunities
Plan, script, and organize video and photo content
Work closely with video editors, graphic designers, and marketing teams
Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives
Optimize content for maximum reach, engagement, and audience retention
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines

Requirements

Proven experience in content creation or social media management
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms
Excellent creativity, storytelling, and communication skills
Ability to develop original content ideas and execute them effectively
Basic knowledge of video editing, photography, or graphic design is an advantage
Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a passion for producing high-quality content

Preferred Skills

Experience creating viral or high-performing social media content
On-camera confidence and presentation skills
Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and audience growth strategies

Pay: R6 125,19 - R27 016,87 per month
