Job Description:
Selling new Contracts, Upgrades, Cash Devices, Airtime, Accessories for both consumer and enterprise customers as well as offering Fixed and Mobile solutions.
New Voice and Broadband contracts
Retention of mobile contracts.
Customer service experience ratings
Device insurance and financial services
LTE, Fibre and Wireless air sales
Enterprise Business - Unified communications, cloud- hosting and security, managed network services, Internet of things and Mobile/ Voice connections
Sim Swops, Account payments and Repair bookings
Merchandising and general daily tasks
Able to sell instore and promote within the mall and surrounding business parks
After sales and Customer queries
Requirements:
Minimum 5 to 8 years Cellular sales experience in new Contracts, Upgrades, Broadband, Fibre, Accessories & Device sales for both consumer and enterprise customers
M2 & Siebel C3D and VPP (Vodacom systems)
Device knowledge and trouble shooting
Computer literacy
Able to work under pressure Target and Goal driven
Able to work Retail hours and shifts.
Passion for super Customer service
Positive and friendly attitude
Quick thinker and high energy and able to deal with high demanding clientele
Basic plus BEST COMM in the industry. Salary is negotiable based on experience. Write your own salary cheque with over R30 to 40k Commission per month!
HOURS OF WORK: NELSON MANDELA SQUARE
Monday to Saturday:
Shift One: 8:45am – 17:30pm
Shift two: 11:30am - 20:00pm
Shifts alternate weekly so you would work 2 morning shifts and 2 late shifts monthly (this can change ad hoc based on staff availability)
Sundays and Public holidays:
One shift: 8.45am - 6.15pm
Current roster allows for 1 Sunday and 3 weekdays off per month – this is under review to accommodate more time off.
HOURS OF WORK: THE MARC
Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 18:15pm
Saturday: 8:45am – 14:15pm
Sunday & Public Holiday: Closed
