JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepaid Devices sales (Smartphones, routers, tablets, gear watches, laptops and IOT)
Accessories sales
Account payments and new prepaid Starter Pack activations
Sim Swops and Prepaid customer queries
Vodacom Financial services (Device insurance, credit card machines)
LTE, Wireless and Fibre sales
Merchandising and general daily tasks
Ability to promote within the mall
Requirements:
Min 1 year Cellular Sales experience in accessories & cash device sales
Device knowledge and trouble shooting
Computer literacy
Able to work under pressure
Target and Goal driven
Able to work Retail hours and shifts.
Passion for super Customer Service
Able to travel for training
Please note the Trading hours for Nelson Mandela Square: 9am – 8pm
Basic plus BEST commission in the industry. Salary is negotiable based on experience. Write your own salary cheque!
