About the role
We're looking for a calm, consistent, highly organised Executive Operations Manager to create order around the founder of a UK property group and a growing online longevity education company.
This is not a role for someone chasing excitement. It's a role for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in rhythm. The same reliable standard, applied the same way, week after week. You'll be the one constant point of contact across the founder's priorities, property administration, supplier follow-up, client onboarding and team coordination.

This role sits close to that mission. The founder/coaches own the biological age reversal work itself that's not what we're hiring for here. But you are absolutely part of the client's experience of REVO. You'll often be the steady, familiar presence they interact with week to week: onboarding them properly, following up when something's needed, making sure their experience never feels disorganised or forgotten. You don't need a science background. You do need to believe this matters, and to bring the same calm reliability to a client conversation as you do to a spreadsheet.

About the businesses
REVO - a growing performance and longevity company built around the Turnback Time system and the BioAge Index™ described above. It's the founder's main commercial focus right now, which means this role plays a direct part in whether REVO's structure holds together as it scales through consistent client onboarding, reliable internal coordination, and a steady weekly reporting rhythm.
KG Inspired Property - a UK-based property investment group with multiple companies and property interests. The group needs steady, dependable administrative control across mortgages, renewals, utilities, insurance, lettings agents, suppliers, contractors, invoices and company admin. Nothing glamorous. Just nothing dropped.
A working understanding of UK property is desirable. You don't need to be a solicitor, mortgage broker or property expert. You need to be fluent enough in the language and process that things move without constant explanation.
A modern operations role
This role also requires confidence with AI and digital automation as daily working tools. You'll use to help organise information, summarise messy inputs, draft communications and build structure from scattered detail. AI doesn't replace your judgement here, it supports it. We need someone who applies the same care to checking AI's output as they would to checking their own work.
What you'll own
1. Founder operations - The founder communicates through voice notes, messages and fast-moving instructions, often several things tangled together in one go. Your job is to bring those back to clear, ordered actions, priorities, deadlines, follow-ups and decisions. Every time, without fail.
2. REVO operations - Client onboarding coordination, welcome pack and device tracking, weekly process tracking, internal deadline management, and making sure REVO clients feel consistently, professionally looked after. Every week, not just the good ones.
3. Team coordination - Coordinating junior support and contractors so the founder doesn't manage every detail directly: assigning tasks, checking progress, following up calmly and clearly, and flagging what's stuck before it becomes a problem.
4. Reporting and operational control - A simple weekly operating update: what's done, what's in progress, what's stuck, what needs a decision, what's at risk. The standard is steady, predictable, and the same shape every week.
5. Liaising with stakeholders at KG Short Stay, the group's main trading company at present.

Required experience
- 5+ years in executive support, operations management, senior administration or founder support
- Direct experience supporting a founder, CEO, entrepreneur, investor or senior executive
- 3+ years in digital marketing and social media management
- CRM systems, GoHighLevel, Hubstaff, Google Workspace, and similar
- Confident, regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar. Comfortable summarising, drafting and structuring information with AI, and checking it before relying on it
- Strong written English
- Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers or junior team members
- Availability for 40 hours per week during UK core hours
- High levels of discretion, trust and professionalism

Working arrangement
Fully remote. Paid as a monthly retainer, not hourly. 40 hours per week minimum (results based), with core availability during UK business hours.
Compensation
Monthly retainer as detailed, depending on experience and capability. Includes a six-month probation period, after which the role becomes eligible for the REVO Performance Bonus Pool. REVO allocates up to 10% of net profit to the team when core gates are met (margin, client outcomes, BioAge Index™ / years reclaimed progress, client experience, individual KPIs). This role is expected to receive the largest individual share of that pool.
